Single-head rising saw SGO 500 R

Single-head rising blade saw for cutting aluminum profiles and light alloys with the following characteristics:

• supporting base in electro-welded iron
• horizontal steel fifth wheel manually adjustable up to 45° right and left on the vertical axis
• locking of the fifth wheel at the necessary angles by means of pneumatic lock (45° right and 90° complete with mechanical stops)
• ascending blade exit
• direct drive blade motor, without belt
• piece clamping by means of horizontal and vertical pneumatic cylinders in adjustable position
• lubrication of the cutting blade by means of minimal lubrication nozzles with pure oil
• integral protection screen with automatic activation
• easily removable lower chip collection drawer
